Kevin Perrina (Chartered Land Surveyor)

Kevin got into land surveying as a school leaver joining a local firm of land surveyors as an apprentice. After his fourth year he completed a BTEC in building studies then he progressed to a full time degree in building surveying at Kingston University, he graduated in 2006 with an upper second class. In 2010, Kevin successfully completed the two year training to become a proud and professional member of the RICS. In total he has 12 years land surveying experience.

Kevin’s career so far has gained him experience in topographical surveys, measured building surveys, setting out, monitoring and boundary disputes.

Kevin’s love of the outdoors has extended to him participating in fell running, mountain biking and the completion of Tough Guy. He currently spends his last bit of free time arranging his wedding after proposing on the top of Snowdon on Valentines Day to his girlfriend Rachael (who said YES!).
