The solicitor was dealing with an easement application for an underground cable from a neighbouring property. Further, the solicitor’s client’s property had never been registered with the land registry. As this was a freehold property we were required to create a title plan that was land registry compliant to accompany the first registration application and then the subsequent easement application.

With discussion with the client and solicitor it was agreed a site visit was not required and that the boundaries could be easily identified by the lines shown on the ordnance survey plan.
Our land registry compliant plans have a 100% success submission record with the land registry.
We are very experienced in producing land registry compliant plans and work to both Land Registry Practice Guide 40, supplement 2 and the RICS Code Of Measuring Practice 6th ed.
The survey was delivered in PDF and Paper Plots.
