This was a 2 bedroom apartment in a purpose built apartment block in North London. The block was built and is owned by a housing association. In this instance the tenant was purchasing their apartment under the right to buy scheme. This creates a new leasehold property and the housing association becomes freeholder. With this new lease the property needs to be submitted to land registry as first registration. Aimcon Surveys have been producing land registry compliant lease plans for this housing association for many years.

A site visit was required to take floor plan measurements of the property and plans were later drawn up in CAD.
Our land registry compliant plans have a 100% success submission record with the land registry. We are very experienced in producing land registry compliant plans and work to both Land Registry Practice Guide 40, supplement 2 and the RICS Code Of Measuring Practice 6th ed.
The survey was delivered in PDF and Paper Plots.
