We are RICS registered and ideally based in Northamptonshire where it was founded by Kevin Perrina MRICS in 2012
From our purpose built home office we serve the whole of the UK and our services include topographical surveys, measured building surveys, 3D laser scanning, structural monitoring, land registry compliant plans, underground utility surveys, boundary dispute matters and engineering surveys.

WHO WE ARE
Kevin works diligently and closely with a wide range of clients ranging from architects, planners, developers, building surveyors, solicitors, investment funds, estate managers and private landowners assisting with their measurement requirements.
Over the years we have produced surveys for purposes ranging from modest house extensions to new housing districts and industrial estates, to the refurbishment of offices of blue chip companies and some of the most prestigious buildings and locations in Central London, we also are heavily involved in providing surveys for the public and private education sector.
We are responding to changes in the industry with recent investment in laser scanning and 3D Revit modelling for BIM although we are still finding 2D deliverables being the main core of our business.
Our clients vary from likes of the large property consultants such as Savills and Lambert Smith Hampton to the smaller boutique architects of London.
We are experts in the collection and presentation of measurement data. We use these skills not only to produce surveys, but also other services such as 3D Revit modelling for BIM, setting out and boundary dispute matters.
