Kevin Perrina has written an article that has been published in the latest edition (Nov/Dec 2017) of Geomatics World. The article discusses the introduction two years on of the adoption of the International Property Measurement Standard (IPMS). “Of course it makes sense to have an agreed standard…the cost of doing both is 20% higher than and NIA only survey”.
